Nice find and capture Mary Carol! I like playing detective when I see abandoned places like this one, trying to figure out what happened, why it was abandoned. In this case, I find it curious to see a ladder laying on the upper roof, going up to a hole where another chimney might have been at an earlier time. I also see a few bricks on the lower roof that look as though they fell away from the remaining crumbling chimney. And, the boards covering the windows look to be older the house itself. Oh if this home could talk…the stories it could tell. L&F
